Mr. Tillman is a goal oriented professional project manager with more than  28 years of technical and business experience with success directing projects and meeting client requirements. A significant portion of Mr. Tillman’s experience has been in educational facilities, office buildings, mass transit stations, parking decks, airport renovations, warehouses, churches, and      historic rehabilitation using a variety of construction methods.
